Where: Roger Williams Park. Specifically we'll be setting up some tables between the Seal House and Japanese Garden.
Who: All are welcome and come along with friends and family! Please fill out the survey to help us get an attendance estimate.
What: While we may have a short business meeting to take care of some items, this is intended to be an opportunity for our community come back together and reconnect in person. It has been a couple years since we gathered, and this is an opportunity to spend some time together.
We are planning a couple of tables dedicated to specific open-ended discussions about the Environment Council. So far this includes discussing the Council's membership and our strategic plan. There will be an opportunity to provide your insight and feedback about the Council while participating in small group discussions.
Food: We currently have requests in to a couple of caterers to provide food for the event. If there is a caterer we should consider, please let us know through the survey above.
Environment Council of RI meets monthly (except in July & August) usually on the first Monday Night of each month from 5:30-7:30 pm. Everyone is welcome. The June meeting is the Annual Meeting.
