Each year, the Environment Council of Rhode Island (ECRI) reviews legislation concerning environmental issues submitted in the legislative session and selects several bills to support and, perhaps, also to oppose, based on previous resolutions and on board discussion and vote.
The selected bills are ECRI's Legislative Agenda. A few of these bills are singled out and become ECRI's Legislative Priorities.
