On Monday June 16th, at the Rise of the House, The House Judiciary will consider H7684, a bill that would allow the owner of open space land or the holder of a conservation easement or the Attorney General to bring an action in Superior Court to prevent further encroachment of the land and to recover damages resulting from this encroachment.
The hearing will take place in Room 101 of the State House.
