On April 29th, the House Finance Committee will hear testimony on H7803 which would provide that in the event of insufficient federal funds for the environmental lead program, the General Assembly would appropriate monies to fund state lead poisoning prevention efforts at a minimum level or more. As part of our 2014 Legislative Agenda, we support H7803.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at the Rise of the House in Room 35 of the State House.
