This press release announces the Green Report Card for the 2017-2018 RI General Assembly produced by the Environment Council of Rhode Island (ECRI). The report highlights critical environmental issues that were considered by Rhode Island state legislators during the 2017 and 2018 sessions. Lawmakers in the General Assembly were given a letter grade based on their voting record and bill sponsorships.
Also included are a review of Gov. Raimondo’s environmental positions in the third and fourth years of her first term, as well as comments regarding the next legislative session.
