Whereas ECRI has a long history of support of bond issues that improve the facilities of parks in RI and this ballot question is clearly in the tradition of bond issues that ECRI has supported,

Therefore ECRI declares it’s support for the passage of Ballot question #8 the DEM bond for local recreation,

• Urges RI voters to pass it in November.
• And will issue a press release noting our support.
