Environment Council of Rhode Island

Whereas ECRI has a long history in support of bond issues that are directed towards conserving natural resources and this money will be spent to educate the public on key conservation issues in Rhode Island and the larger world.

Therefore ECRI declares it support for the passage of Ballot Question #6, the bond issue for capital improvements at Roger Williams Park Zoo,

• Urges RI voters to pass it in November.
• And will issue a press release noting our support in cooperation with those ECRI members most effected by the ballot question.
